WARRANTY AGREEMENT

This warranty agreement certifies that it provides limited warranty for the purchased products, hereinafter referred to as “the Products.”

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE: The Seller guarantees that the Products are free from manufacturing defects and materials during the specified warranty period at the time of purchase. The warranty covers potential performance failures of the Products, provided they are used in accordance with the instructions provided.

2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized alterations, natural disasters, or any other form of use that is not in compliance with the user manual instructions.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE: In the case of a defect covered by this warranty, the holder must notify the Seller immediately. The Seller, at its discretion, will arrange for the replacement of defective Products as deemed appropriate.

4. LIMITATIONS: The Seller’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original amount paid for the Products. The Seller shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

5. TRANSFER OF WARRANTY: This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is not transferable.

6. APPLICABLE LAW: This warranty agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], excluding principles of conflicts of laws.
